2. What are the terms and conditions?

The minimum purchase is $1.00 for 100 pixels (in the form of a 10x10 square).
The maximum purchase is the number of available pixels remaining.
By purchasing pixels, you do not 'own' any part of chi-town.biz, our web site, etc. Instead, you are being granted, upon our acceptance of your submission and receipt of purchase funds, the right to display your image, title, description and link, which will be displayed in the respective location you selected on our pixel and directory pages.
Once your pixels, title, description and link have been accepted and published on our site, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
This site will be online for a minimum of five years starting May 1, 2008, although the goal is to keep the site active much longer than this.
While we will do our best to make this site as visible to as many viewers as possible, by actively promoting and marketing the site, we make no guarantees or representations regarding impressions, clicks or performance.
We do NOT accept web sites that display or promote obscene, adult, offensive, hateful or illegal subject matter, to be determined at our discretion. If you submit an image, title, description or link that we determine to be obscene, adult, offensive, hateful or illegal in nature, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your payment will be refunded, and you will loose your pixels and directory listing.
If your image, title, description and link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show obscene, adult, offensive, hateful or illegal material, your image, title, description and link will be removed until the infraction is corrected. If the infraction is not corrected within 14 calendar days, you forfeit your pixel space and directory listing, which will become publicly available again. You will NOT receive a refund of any kind.
If for any reason, you want to remove your image, title, description and link from our site, you can do so, but you will NOT get a refund, and the space will become publicly available again.
Submitted images must be the exact size you have paid for (for example, 100 pixels = 10x10 pixel square).
Submitted images must be in JPEG,PNG or GIF format, and a reasonable file size.
Animated GIF images will NOT be accepted.
Submitted links must point to legitimate web pages only and begin with http:// (ftp or email links, etc. will not be accepted).
You must have the legal authority to promote the web site you are submitting as well as the legal authority to use the image, title, description and link you are submitting.
There might be occasional downtime on for site maintenance, but these times will be kept to a minimum. We are not responsible for outages due to natural disasters or other things outside of our control. No refunds will be given for any downtime the site might experience.
Funds must be fully received and cleared before your image, title, description and link will be published to our site.
Your pixels and directory listing will be uploaded to the site within 24-48 hours of your funds clearing our account, and upon receipt of your image, title, description and link. Our current turnaround time is typically less than 12 hours from receipt of payment and all information, however please allow up to 48 hours.
If two or more people in the queue request the same pixel location on the site, the person who ordered earliest will have priority.

6. What form of payment does Chi-town.biz accept?

All purchases on any of our sites are securely hosted by PayPal. One does not need a Paypal account to make payment. Paypal accepts all credit cards, checks, and Paypal(email) payments.
Please note that payment by paypal's eCheck usually takes 4 - 5 business days for funds to clear from the buyer's account. During this period, we do not ship any merchandise or perform any transaction until the payment clears.
